Krabi International Airport


 

Krabi International Airport is a government agency under the Department of Civil Aviation, Ministry of transport. The airport is located at 133 Moo 5, Tambon Nuea Khlong, Amphoe Nuea Khlong, Krabi, 12 kilometers east of the center.

History
In 1983, Krabi Council and private sector foresaw potential of Krabi tourism and joined investment in public airport transportation.

In 1986, officially opened with 18 seat flight, Krabi Airport was operated under Department of Aviation to standardize the services to promote Krabi tourism and business.

In 1993, Thailand government entitled to conduct survey and design for acquire additional land to support business expansion in Krabi.

On July 10, 1999, Krabi publicly opened a commercial service and announced the airport as Customs Airport on December 27, 1999pan


1st Floor :
A main passenger arrival hall with 20 stores, 2 lounges, loading, airport information service, police office and first aid room./>
2nd Floor :

Passenger hall with 10 shopping stores, ticket checkpoint, immigration, Customs check, and departure gates.

4th Floor:
Restaurants, prayer room, airport office and lounge.
